The Texas folks are ready to host you all for the GMDA Summer Meeting. Please save the dates of July 21-23, 2026, and join us in Lubbock, Texas. We have tentatively developed an agenda with a welcome reception on Tuesday evening, the conference kicking off Wednesday morning, a possible field trip Wednesday afternoon, and a full day of presentations on Thursday. This is still tentative, but hopefully that will help you start your travel plans. 

 

The conference and lodging will be at the Cotton Court Hotel - and you can book by clicking here or by calling 210-220-3054 and ask for the “GMDA 2026 Summer Conference“ block. The room block is available for check in on Tuesday and check out on Friday. Please note that the room block will close on June 20, 2026.
