Linda Luebbe was presented her GMDA Service Award by Tylr Naperstek (L) and GMDA Secretary Treasurer Dick Ehrman (R) at the NE Association of Resource Districts Annual Conference in Kearney, NE. GMDA has been blessed to call Linda not only board member, Vice President and President but also our friend. Linda also organized three conferences in New Orleans, Atlantic City and most recently Ft Lauderdale. Thank you Linda for all you have done for GMDA!!
